At Coach, I designed an in-store AI experience featuring Rexy, the brand’s iconic dinosaur. After scanning a QR code, shoppers could chat with Rexy for product recommendations, availability, styling tips, customizations, and celebrity endorsements. I crafted the user journey and interface to make Rexy feel playful, intuitive, and authentically Coach.
